Sometimes, one can’t help but agree with the maxim, “age doesn’t matter.” With a lot of skill and even more luck, two sportsmen found a way to epitomize this saying. On June 6, 1995, Christian Carpenter of the U.S.A. became the youngest golfer to make a hole-in-one at the age of 4 years 195 days at the Mountain View Golf Club in Hickory, North Carolina on December 18, 1999. On the other side of experience, Otto Bucher of Switzerland became the oldest golfer to put in a hole-in-one at 99 years 244 days of age in La Manga GC, Spain on January 13, 1985.
