Just like that, the Dallas Cowboys have found a new defensive coordinator faster than it takes Tony Romo to suddenly go from an elite quarterback… to Tony Romo. The Cowboys have come to terms with Monte Kiffin to replace Rob Ryan as their defensive coordinator, the fourth in four years. He spent the last four years as the USC defensive coordinator and the previous 25 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Turning 73 next month, Kiffin joins the Dallas franchise as the second oldest defensive coordinator in the league, only younger than Pittsburgh Steelers’ Dick LeBeau, who is 75.
